Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Bartosz Gonta, running the one-person studio Alpha Creative. For any matter concerning your personal data, write to hello@alphacreative.pl.

What data I process and where it comes from

Contact form: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message — only what you provide yourself.

Website chat (Tidio): the content of the conversation and any data you voluntarily share in it.

Visit statistics (Umami): anonymous technical data (e.g. browser type, pages visited). Umami uses no cookies and cannot identify a specific person.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4): anonymous technical data (approximate country-level location, device type, referral source, pages visited). Google Analytics runs here in cookieless mode — browser storage consent is permanently switched off, so the tool writes neither cookies nor any persistent identifier to your device, and cannot identify a specific person or link their repeat visits.

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Visit statistics and site security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

Settling a collaboration (contract, invoice) — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR; settlements are handled through the Useme platform.

Who I share data with

Data goes only to providers who technically operate the site and collaboration: Google Firebase (contact form handling and archive), Tidio (chat), the site's hosting provider, Umami and Google Analytics (anonymous analytics) and Useme (billing, if we start working together).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area — this happens under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

I do not sell data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long I keep data

I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and if we start working together — for the duration of the collaboration plus the statutory limitation period for potential claims.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address I won't be able to reply to your inquiry.

Cookies

The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. The only cookie set by the site (ALPHA_LOCALE) remembers your language choice — it is strictly necessary for the site to work.

The Tidio chat widget may set its own technical cookies needed to keep the conversation going. Umami analytics works entirely without cookies, and Google Analytics is wired up in cookieless mode — which is why the site shows no cookie consent banner.

Changes to this policy

If the scope of services or providers changes, I will update this document. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last change at the top.
