Golden Properties handles the technical management of real estate — a specialist field that's hard to give an attractive visual form. I designed and built a modern website that replaced the previous version: fast, clear and trust-building, with a dedicated blog fed automatically from the company's internal system.

Golden Properties works in the technical management of real estate — a specialist and visually unobvious field that's hard to present in an appealing way. The new site had to replace the existing one and give the company a modern, credible character, while also housing a specialist blog whose articles land on the site automatically from the company's external system.
I led with a fresh, modern take: a bespoke, standout hero, bold CTA buttons and a consistently applied brand palette. I expanded the section explaining exactly what the company does, added a modern contact form protected by a captcha, and built the whole thing as a statically pre-rendered site (SSG) so it loads instantly. The blog integrates with the client's system — new articles are pulled in and published automatically.
The client gained a modern, fast website that genuinely conveys the specialist nature of the business and opens a convenient path to contact for anyone interested in working together. The Lighthouse scores (Performance ~96, Accessibility 100, Best Practices 100) confirm the quality of the build, and the automated blog keeps the site alive with no extra work for the team.
Golden Properties already had a website. Formally, everything checked out — there was a name, a phone number, a description of services. But over time I saw more and more clearly that the site simply existed instead of working. Clients found us mostly through referrals, and the website made nothing easier — not for them, not for us. Deciding on a new one, I feared the typical scenario: a fresh look, and everything else as before.
I got something completely different.
Instead of another business card, a whole system was built. Each of our services — maintenance, periodic inspections, 24h technical emergency service, documentation audits — has its own polished subpage that clients find by typing in exactly what they're looking for. On top of that, a blog where we publish advice for property managers and housing communities.
I also appreciate what you don't see at first glance. The site is wired into our defect-reporting system — a client finds a simple path to report a failure, without searching or calling blind. The contact form is protected against spam, so only genuine enquiries reach our inbox, not bots.
And everything runs instantly, looking just as good on a phone as on a computer. The site was also solidly prepared for SEO from the ground up — with a well-thought-out URL structure, a sitemap and redirects — which the SEO agency we work with appreciated: they received a ready technical foundation to build on, instead of a list of things to fix.
For me, as the owner of a technical services company, what counts is results: a website should bring in clients and save time. This one does both. The difference between the old site and the new one shows not in the looks but in everyday work — and that's why I recommend this collaboration to anyone whose website simply has to work.
