Meety Biznes

The Meety app handled the client side — but a booking has to land somewhere. The salon needed its own panel: a place to see the schedule for every chair at a glance, accept and confirm visits, keep the service pricing, the client base and the day's settlements. The challenge was fitting the entire back office of a busy salon into an interface simple enough for reception to run between one client and the next, and wiring it in real time to the app clients use.

The panel was built on the same codebase as the Meety client app, so both sides speak one data language. At its heart is the day-calendar view: columns per chair, visits with service, client and price, free slots ready to fill. Around it: bookings to confirm, service pricing and durations, staff schedules, client cards with visit history, reviews and daily settlements. Access is shaped by role — the owner sees results and money, reception the calendar and clients, an employee their own schedule. I built the whole thing as a fast Android app (React + Capacitor) on Firebase: data updates in real time, and push and e-mail notifications tell the salon about a new booking and remind clients of their visit.

The salon gained a complete back office for running its schedule without a phone or a notebook: bookings arrive on their own, the calendar is always current, and clients serve themselves in the app. Meety stopped being just an app for clients — it became a two-sided system where a single booking connects the client side with the salon panel.
